New grassroots trade union in Lam Dong established, good labor movement spreads

On October 3rd, the Lam Dong Provincial Labor Federation announced that it had organized a ceremony to announce the establishment of the grassroots trade union of Toyota Binh Thuan Co., Ltd. in Ham Thang ward with 94 union members.

Mr. Ba Thanh Van Ba was appointed Chairman of the Provisional Grassroots Trade Union.

Previously, the enterprise mobilized employees to join the Trade Union organization through internal announcements and propaganda. With the guidance of the Ham Thang Ward Trade Union, the grassroots Trade Union of Toyota Binh Thuan Co., Ltd. was established.

At the ceremony, Mr. Ho Cong Duong, Standing Vice Chairman of the Lam Dong Provincial Labor Federation, presented the decision to establish the grassroots trade union and admit union members.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Duong said that the establishment of Trade Union organizations at the grassroots level helps units be more proactive in Trade Union activities.

Grassroots trade unions need to develop action plans, accompany businesses to develop production and business, thereby having more conditions to better care for union members.

For the business and repair of automobiles with special characteristics, associated with high technology, Mr. Duong proposed that the grassroots trade union launch a movement for good labor, creative labor, associated with the expertise of workers.

Previously, on September 30, the Lam Dong Provincial Labor Federation announced the establishment of the grassroots Trade Union of Saigon Binh Thuan Eye Hospital Joint Stock Company with 43 union members.

This is also a grassroots trade union directly under the management of Ham Thang Ward Trade Union.
