VNPT Trade Union surveys employee happiness index from October 10-25, 2026
From October 10-25, 2026, the VNPT Trade Union will conduct a survey of the employee happiness index in 2026.
According to the VNPT Trade Union (under the Vietnam Union of Science and Technology), the implementation of the survey "VNPT Employee Happiness Index" in 2026 aims to fully and objectively listen to the feelings of union members and employees about work, working environment, income, life and relationships in work and life.
The survey is one of the important activities to help the VNPT Trade Union have more scientific basis to better understand how workers are feeling about work and life; what is bringing satisfaction, attachment and motivation; what are the issues that need to be concerned about and improved.
By listening to the voices of employees, the VNPT Trade Union aims to build more practical solutions, contributing to improving the material and spiritual life, work quality and the level of attachment of employees to VNPT by 2030.
In 2026, the survey content is built with 51 criteria, focusing on 4 major content groups: Economic - material, employment and personal income; labor relations and workplace; family - social relationships; personal life.
These are factors directly related to the experiences and feelings of each worker, thereby helping to reflect more multi-dimensionally on the happiness index of VNPT employees.
The survey was conducted online on the VNPT Trade Union Website and App, the survey time is from 0:00 on October 10 to 24:00 on October 25, 2026.
To ensure representativeness and objectivity, the system will randomly select about 20% of union members and employees according to each job title at the unit to participate in the survey. Those selected will receive notifications via email and SMS messages from the VNPT Trade Union.
The VNPT Trade Union also especially emphasized the requirement to protect personal information, not to interfere, orient or influence the content of the answers. The quality and truthfulness of data are put first, not chasing after quantity or conducting surveys that are formalistic.
