More than 300 workers participate in a legal knowledge contest in Phu Tho

The highlight of the program is the competition between 3 teams from Sankoh Vietnam Limited Company.

The teams successively went through knowledge competitions, situation handling and Q&A exchanges related to legal regulations in the fields of labor, trade unions, social insurance, and occupational safety and health.

Due to careful preparation, the knowledge learning competition took place very dramatically.

Along with that, the program atmosphere became exciting through confident performances, situations built from the reality of working at the business.

Many practical questions also received enthusiastic response and participation from workers sitting below.

The new point of this form of propaganda is to bring inherently dry legal regulations closer to workers through visual and easy-to-remember situations.

Through this, each worker gains more knowledge to identify issues related to their rights and obligations, and at the same time improves their awareness of complying with regulations and rules at the workplace.

This is also an opportunity for trade union organizations to strengthen connection, listen and accompany union members and workers in enterprises.
