Nearly 11,500 Tuyen Quang union members participate in learning about the Resolution of the Vietnam Trade Union Congress
Tuyen Quang - The online contest to learn about the Resolution of the Vietnam Trade Union Congress received the attention and active participation of union members and workers.
On October 30, the Labor Federation (LĐLĐ) of Tuyen Quang province organized a summary and awarded prizes for the online contest to learn about the Resolution of the 14th Vietnam Trade Union Congress and the Resolution of the 1st Tuyen Quang Provincial Trade Union Congress, term 2026-2030.
Mr. Trieu Tai Phong, Chairman of Tuyen Quang Provincial Labor Federation, attended the program and awarded prizes to collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements.
The contest is organized on the website and fanpage of Tuyen Quang Trade Union. The Organizing Committee has compiled a set of 68 questions with diverse content, focusing on key issues in the resolutions.
According to the summary of the Organizing Committee, the contest takes place in 10 days, from September 28 to the end of October 7, 2026. There are 234/328 grassroots trade unions implementing the contest and union members participating, reaching a rate of 71.3%.
The whole province recorded 11,451 union members and workers participating in the contest with a total of 16,800 entries sent to the system, equivalent to 47% of the total number of union members and workers in the province.
According to the assessment of the Organizing Committee, most of the contestants showed a serious spirit, proactively learning about the documents of the Vietnam Trade Union Congress and the Resolution of the Tuyen Quang Provincial Trade Union Congress.
Many units have a large number of entries, the rate of union members participating reaches 100%. This result is thanks to the proactiveness in propaganda, urging, encouraging and creating time conditions for workers to participate.
Through the contest, it shows the active participation of grassroots trade unions in deploying the study and thorough grasp of resolutions according to the direction of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor and the Provincial Labor Federation.
The activity also created a widespread political activity, attracting a large number of officials, union members and workers to participate, contributing to raising awareness about the goals, tasks and solutions in the new term.
Based on the results of the contest, the Standing Committee of Tuyen Quang Provincial Labor Federation decided to award collective prizes including: 1 First Prize, 1 Second Prize, 1 Third Prize and 2 Consolation Prizes. In the individual category, the Organizing Committee awarded 1 First Prize, 2 Second Prizes, 5 Third Prizes and 30 Consolation Prizes.
On this occasion, the Tuyen Quang Provincial Labor Federation also summarized and awarded prizes for the "Creating videos and clips to promote tobacco harm prevention and control" contest in 2026.
The contest was launched in August 2026, attracting the response of trade union levels and union members and workers. The Organizing Committee received 25 video and clip entries from individuals and groups of authors from grassroots trade unions.
