Ninh Binh trains the Charter of the 14th Vietnam Trade Union for more than 400 trade union officials
Ninh Binh - More than 400 trade union officials were trained on new points of the Charter of the 14th Vietnam Trade Union and implementation guidelines.
On October 30th, the Ninh Binh Provincial Labor Federation (LĐLĐ) organized a training conference on the Charter and Guidance on the implementation of the 14th Vietnam Trade Union Charter for more than 400 trade union officials in the province.
Attending the conference were Mr. Nguyen Hai Long - Chairman of Ninh Binh Provincial Labor Federation; leaders of professional departments of the Provincial Labor Federation and trade union officials of communes, wards and industrial parks in the province.
Speaking at the conference, Mr. Nguyen Hai Long - Chairman of Ninh Binh Provincial Labor Federation emphasized that the Charter of the Vietnam Trade Union is a fundamental document regulating the organization and operation of the Trade Union, and at the same time is the basis for trade union levels to perform the function of representing, caring for, and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers.
In the context of the trade union organizational structure continuing to be consolidated and innovated, the study and mastery of new regulations of the Charter and Implementation Guidelines is of great significance, helping trade union officials to properly perform their functions and tasks and improve operational efficiency at the grassroots level.
Chairman of Ninh Binh Provincial Labor Federation Nguyen Hai Long requested delegates to focus on studying new points related to organizational structure, operating principles, decentralization of management, union member development, personnel work, congress organization, elections, financial and asset management and inspection and supervision work.
In particular, it is necessary to clearly understand the functions, tasks and powers of commune and ward trade unions, and industrial park trade unions to deploy activities uniformly and in accordance with practical requirements.
At the conference, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Hoang Thanh Xuan - Director of the Institute of Training, Fostering and International Cooperation, Trade Union University directly conveyed two topics on the new points of the Charter of the 14th Vietnam Trade Union and Guidelines for the implementation of the Charter.
Delegates also exchanged and answered difficulties and obstacles arising in the process of implementing trade union activities at the grassroots level.
Through the conference, the Ninh Binh Provincial Labor Federation aims to improve the capacity and professional skills of the team of trade union officials, ensuring the implementation of the Charter is unified and effective, meeting the requirements of innovation in trade union organization and activities in the new situation.
