Establish 10 more grassroots trade unions in Vinh Tan ward
Ho Chi Minh City - On October 29th, according to Vinh Tan Ward Trade Union, the unit organized the awarding of decisions to establish 10 grassroots trade unions in the area.
Attending the ceremony were Ms. Nguyen Thuy Minh Ha - Member of the Executive Committee of the City Labor Federation, Ms. Nguyen Thi Tien - Chairwoman of the Ward Trade Union; representatives of departments and divisions of Vinh Tan ward, representatives of the Board of Directors of enterprises and the Executive Committee of 10 new grassroots trade unions.
At the ceremony, the organizing committee announced and awarded decisions of the Ho Chi Minh City Labor Federation to establish 10 grassroots trade unions, including: Grassroots Trade Union of Sambu Viet Star Co., Ltd., Grassroots Trade Union of Nhat Hung Wood Production Trading Co., Ltd., Grassroots Trade Union of Thinh Phat MB Joint Stock Company Branch, Grassroots Trade Union of Motor Vehicle Registration Center 61-13D, Grassroots Trade Union of LU Industry Trading and Service Investment Co., Ltd., Grassroots Trade Union of Thien Long Vuong Security - Bodyguard Co., Ltd., Grassroots Trade Union of Kien Long Packaging Co., Ltd., Grassroots Trade Union of Vu Ich Co., Ltd., Grassroots Trade Union of Shunfa Co., Ltd., Grassroots Trade Union of Hung Thinh Phat Security - Bodyguard Co., Ltd.
Speaking at the ceremony, Ms. Nguyen Thi Tien - Chairwoman of Vinh Tan Ward Trade Union said that, implementing the plan of the Ho Chi Minh City Labor Federation on the 60-day peak period to complete the 2026 target, the Ward Trade Union has actively approached businesses, mobilized to establish 10 new grassroots trade unions based on the consensus of business owners and the voluntary spirit of workers.
Vinh Tan Ward Trade Union requests the Executive Committee of grassroots trade unions to urgently stabilize the organization, assign tasks, and develop an operating plan for the last months of 2026. At the same time, effectively implement the professional contents that have been guided; promote the role of representing, caring for, and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers, bringing trade union activities into order right from the early days of establishment.
