Gia Lai - Tam Quan Ward Trade Union together with social insurance agencies and businesses advise on insurance policies, helping workers understand their rights and obligations when participating.

On October 31, Tam Quan Ward Trade Union (Gia Lai) said that it has coordinated with Hoai Nhon Base Social Insurance (BHXH) and Hoai Nhon Forestry Products Import-Export Joint Stock Company to organize policy and legal advice on social insurance, health insurance (BHYT) and unemployment insurance (BHTN) in 2026.

At the program, union members and workers were informed about regulations related to social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance; and directly exchanged, asked questions and were answered about difficulties in the process of participating and enjoying insurance regimes.

Through consulting activities, workers have more information to understand their rights and obligations when participating in insurance types, especially the role of social security policies in health care, stabilizing life and ensuring long-term rights.

The activity also contributes to improving the effectiveness of coordination between Trade Union organizations, social insurance agencies and businesses in propagating policies and laws on insurance; promoting the role of Trade Unions in representing, caring for and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of workers.
