Trade union trains skills combined with heritage experience for female trade union officials

The Hanoi National University Trade Union (under the Vietnam Education Trade Union) has just organized a training program on skills combined with cultural experience activities in Thung Ui and Hoa Lu ancient town (Ninh Binh) for nearly 60 female trade union officials and typical female officials of affiliated trade unions.

According to the Trade Union of Vietnam National University, Hanoi, the program is designed to improve work capacity, improve soft skills, and create a connecting space to regenerate labor for female officials and female trade union officials of Vietnam National University, Hanoi.

Delegates participate in the training and practice course "Skills to build demeanor and master voice in communication". Under the guidance of experts, at the training session, female officials were taught practical knowledge about the art of regulating breathing, standard pronunciation, mastering phonetics and body language. Thanks to that, women are more confident in management, administration, communication and behavior as well as persuasion skills in trade union activities.

In parallel with the training content, the delegation participated in an open space experience activity, exploring the value of Ninh Binh cultural heritage. The activity opened up opportunities for exchange and sharing experiences in women's work and professional activities, strengthening the connection between units.

Representatives of the Standing Committee of the Hanoi National University Trade Union emphasized that this is a practical activity to care for spiritual life, affirm the role of female officials, teachers, and employees in the common development of Hanoi National University, towards building the image of a modern woman who is good at her profession, standard in style, self-reliant in life and kind in behavior.
