Truong Vinh Ward Trade Union establishes 10 new grassroots trade unions
Nghe An - Truong Vinh Ward Trade Union organizes the admission of union members, announces decisions to establish 10 new grassroots trade unions in the area.
On October 31st, the Nghe An Provincial Labor Federation said that the Trade Union of Truong Vinh ward had just held a ceremony to announce the decision to admit union members and establish 10 new grassroots trade unions in the area.
Speaking at the ceremony, Ms. Phan Thi Trang, Vice President of the Nghe An Provincial Labor Federation, requested the Executive Committees of grassroots trade unions to urgently stabilize the organization, build operating regulations, and assign specific tasks to each member; and at the same time promote the role of representing, caring for and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers.
The establishment of 10 new grassroots trade unions contributes to expanding the network of trade union organizations in Truong Vinh ward, creating conditions for workers to participate in the organization, to be represented and protect their rights in the working process.
This is also the basis for the Trade Union organization to continue to develop union members, improve the quality of grassroots trade union activities, and build harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations at enterprises and units.
