News from Hoa Khanh Ward Trade Union, Da Nang City on October 31st said: The Standing Committee and the Inspection Committee of Hoa Khanh Ward Trade Union organized a thematic supervision on the work of caring for and supporting union members in difficult circumstances at 3 grassroots trade unions including: Trade unions of independent kindergarten classes Hoa Minh, Hoa Khanh Nam and Hoa Son.

At the working session, the supervisory delegation focused on reviewing dossiers and results of implementing programs to care for union members during the Lunar New Year, lung examinations, eye health care and activities on the occasion of July 28, October 20.

At the same time, listen to the difficulties and obstacles of the executive committees of trade unions in the process of organizing and maintaining activities.

Monitoring shows that trade unions are facing many difficulties due to union members' fluctuations, the lives of teachers in independent preschool groups and classes are still limited, while support resources are limited.

The selection of beneficiaries sometimes gives rise to a psychology of comparison between union members in similar circumstances; in some cases, union members give up support to each other, affecting the progress of program implementation.

Union member development work has also not achieved expectations. Some groups and classes have 5-7 teachers but only 2 people participate in the trade union. Notably, the collection of union fees in 2026 at some units has not been implemented, causing operating funds to be almost non-existent, affecting the organization of activities and activities to care for union members.

Innovating operating methods suitable to the specifics of labor

Besides the difficulties, the supervisory delegation acknowledged the efforts of the executive committees of trade unions in maintaining operations, publicly and democratically implementing the review and selection of supported union members.

The application of the Zalo group in exchanging, operating and connecting union members has gradually been effective; in which, 2/3 of trade unions have built Zalo groups connecting to all union members.

Based on the issues raised, the Standing Committee of the Ward Trade Union directly guides trade union financial nghiệp vụ, and exchanges solutions to remove difficulties in union fee collection.

In particular, the Ward Trade Union agreed on the policy of leaving 100% of union fees for grassroots trade unions, creating direct resources to serve activities and care for union members.

Through supervision, Hoa Khanh Ward Trade Union continues to orient trade unions to innovate operating methods suitable to the specifics of labor in independent preschool groups and classes; focusing on grasping thoughts and aspirations, maintaining connection and promoting the role of representing, caring for, and protecting union members' rights.

Supervision activities are not only aimed at evaluating implementation results but also an opportunity for the Trade Union organization to listen, accompany and work with the grassroots level to remove difficulties, gradually improve the quality of trade union activities, build a substantive, close and reliable Trade Union organization for union members and workers.
