Applying digital technology to manage trade union work
Over the past time, the Trade Union Committee of Ho Chi Minh City Police has actively applied digital technology to manage trade union work, meeting the needs of digital transformation.
According to the Ho Chi Minh City Police Trade Union (CĐCATP), in the past time, CĐCATP has implemented the CĐCATP project "Application of digital technology to manage trade union work in CĐCATP" to meet the needs of digital transformation in the 2026-2030 period.
To promptly encourage and reward collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in the "Three Firsts", "Three Innovations" emulation movement and preliminary review of peak emulation in 2026, the Standing Committee of the City Police Trade Union held a meeting to consider and issue decisions to promptly reward 5 collectives and 18 individuals with outstanding achievements in trade union activities.
The City Police Trade Union also advised on effectively implementing the City Police Trade Union project "Coordinating with functional units of the City Police and units under the City Labor Federation to promote propaganda and legal education for workers in Ho Chi Minh City". Through this, the City Police Trade Union has coordinated with PC08 Department and units directly under the City Labor Federation to organize 2 propaganda and legal dissemination campaigns for 1,000 workers in industrial parks in the City.
From now until the end of 2026, the City Police Trade Union will continue to coordinate in organizing propaganda and legal education for workers in Binh My Industrial Park, Ho Chi Minh City. Direct and guide grassroots trade unions to complete the organization of dialogue programs between Party committees, employers and trade union members and workers and organize the "Trade Union Meal" program. Conduct inspection and evaluation of grassroots trade union activities in 2026; organize emulation and commendation in the City Police Trade Union in 2026. Organize a conference to summarize trade union activities and evaluate emulation of Emulation Cluster No. 1 - People's Police Trade Union in 2026 (including police trade unions of 5 provinces and cities; in which the City Police Trade Union is the cluster leader).
