News from Duy Xuyen Commune Trade Union, Da Nang city on October 31st said: Duy Xuyen Commune Trade Union organized a delegation to supervise the implementation of regimes and policies related to the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of workers at Sedo Vinako One Member Limited Liability Company.
The content of supervision focuses on the implementation of social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance regimes; payment of salaries and income; quality of lunch meals and food safety assurance.
The delegation also supervised the compliance with regulations on working hours, rest, overtime; implemented democracy at the grassroots level and organized dialogues between employers and employees.
Through supervision activities, Duy Xuyen Commune Trade Union grasped the policy implementation situation at enterprises, recorded difficulties, obstacles and recommendations related to workers' rights.
