Supervision activities focus on practical contents to protect the legitimate and lawful rights of workers, including: Registration and deduction of monthly social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance premiums; situation of debt and late payment of insurance; dossier preparation, settlement and payment of sickness, maternity, occupational accident, and health recovery regimes; management and return of social insurance books to workers when terminating labor contracts.

Through the actual working process, listening to reports and inspecting relevant dossiers and documents, the Supervisory Delegation objectively assessed the actual situation of law compliance of the units.
