Cao Bang - After many years of renting, Ms. Vi Thi Sen's family has a stable place to live, with support from the "Trade Union Shelter" program.

On October 30th, the Cao Bang Provincial Labor Federation awarded funding to support the construction of "Trade Union Shelter" houses for Ms. Vi Thi Sen - a member of the grassroots Trade Union of Cao Bang Construction Materials Production Joint Stock Company.

Ms. Sen has 16 years of service, her family consists of 6 people. Two young children are of school age, and her elderly parents are often sick and need care.

Life is still difficult, causing her family to rent a room and not have the conditions to build a house.

Sharing the situation of the union member, the Cao Bang Provincial Labor Federation supported her family with 40 million VND from the "Trade Union Shelter" program, contributing more resources to build a stable place to live.

The 60m2 level 4 house in Nung Chi Cao ward was started in March 2026 and completed in June 2026.

Having her own roof, Ms. Sen's family has more conditions to take care of their children and support their parents.

At the support handover ceremony, Mr. Ha Ngoc Tu - Provincial Party Committee Member, Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province, Chairman of the Cao Bang Provincial Labor Federation - directly handed over funds to Ms. Sen.

The support contributes to reducing housing difficulties, encouraging Ms. Sen to feel secure in her work and take care of her family's life.

This is also a practical activity of the Trade Union organization in caring for the lives of union members and workers in difficult circumstances in the area.
