Can Tho changes the location for receiving social insurance applications from November 1st
Can Tho - From November 1st, the location for receiving dossiers and returning results of administrative procedures in the field of social insurance will change.
Can Tho City Social Insurance (BHXH) has just issued Notice No. 10403/TB-BHXH on reorganizing the receipt of dossiers and returning results of administrative procedures (TTHC) in the fields of social insurance, health insurance (BHYT) and unemployment insurance in the area.
The adjustment aims to arrange and optimize the process of resolving administrative procedures, helping people and businesses to be more proactive and convenient when carrying out insurance procedures.
Accordingly, from November 1, 2016, Can Tho City Social Insurance will stop receiving dossiers and returning administrative procedure resolution results directly at the City Public Administrative Service Center and the Commune-level Public Administrative Service Center.
The receipt of dossiers and return of administrative procedure resolution results directly is carried out centrally at the Department of Receipt and Return of Administrative Procedure Resolution Results under Can Tho City Social Insurance and grassroots Social Insurance.
Working hours from Monday to Friday weekly (Morning: 07:00 - 11:00; Afternoon: 13:00 - 17:00), except for holidays and Tet.
For electronic transaction dossiers, agencies, units, businesses and individuals continue to implement through the Vietnam Social Insurance Public Service Portal, the National Public Service Portal or through the social insurance declaration software of I-VAN organizations according to current regulations.
