Establishment of grassroots trade unions, taking care of workers' rights in Da Nang
Da Nang - The City Labor Federation announced the decision to establish the grassroots Trade Union of KP Aerospace Vietnam Co., Ltd., awarding 10 gifts to support workers in difficult circumstances.
On October 13th, the Da Nang City Labor Federation organized a Conference to announce the decision to admit union members and establish the grassroots trade union of KP Aerospace Vietnam Co., Ltd.
At the same time, visit and give gifts to businesses and give gifts of hardship allowances to union members and workers on Vietnamese Entrepreneurs' Day (October 13).
At the program, Mr. Lee Jai Choon - Chairman of the Company cum General Director of KP Aerospace Vietnam Co., Ltd. said that the establishment of the Trade Union marks an important step forward in the process of building a working environment where employees and the Board of Directors can listen to and understand each other and move towards a common goal.
Each contribution of each employee is meaningful, and each employee deserves to be respected, treated fairly and work in a safe environment. I hope the Trade Union will become a solid representative voice for employees, and also a reliable partner of the Board of Directors.
On the side of the Board of Directors, I commit to always listening with an open spirit, and at the same time closely coordinating with the Trade Union to improve welfare for workers and build increasingly better working conditions," Mr. Lee Jai Choon emphasized.
Speaking to receive the assignment, Mr. Tran Hong Quan - Chairman of the grassroots Trade Union of KP Aerospace Vietnam Co., Ltd. said that the establishment of the grassroots Trade Union is an important milestone. At the same time, it is also a great responsibility for the Executive Committee of the Trade Union.

Listen to the thoughts and aspirations of union members and workers. Take care of life, protect the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of workers," Mr. Quan expressed.
Also on this occasion, the City Labor Federation presented 10 gifts of hardship allowance to union members and workers of KP Aerospace Vietnam Co., Ltd.
