An Phu Ward Trade Union launches AI assistant, establishes 3 new grassroots Trade Unions

On October 12th, An Phu Ward Trade Union (Gia Lai) announced the launch of the "Online Trade Union Legal Consulting and AI Assistant" model; announced the decision to establish 3 grassroots Trade Unions (CĐCS) and trade union professional training in 2026.

Activities to improve professional capacity, promote the application of technology and innovate trade union operating methods in the new situation.

The "Online Trade Union Legal Consulting and AI Assistant" model is designed to support grassroots trade union officials to look up and answer questions related to labor law, Trade Union Law and regimes and policies on social insurance and health insurance.

Through the model, Trade Union officials can quickly access information, support and answer questions arising in practice, shorten the time to handle situations and improve the effectiveness of supporting union members and workers.

An Phu Ward Trade Union announced the decision to establish and launch 3 new grassroots trade unions, including the grassroots trade union of HP Oil Vietnam Group Joint Stock Company, the grassroots trade union of Duong Dong - Gia Lai Co., Ltd. and the grassroots trade union of SB PRODIS Co., Ltd.; admitting 50 union members.

In addition, An Phu Ward Trade Union organized professional training with 4 topics, closely following practical requirements.

Topic 1 focuses on digital skills and AI application in work and Trade Union activities. Trainees are guided on how to improve work efficiency and exploit AI assistants to support interaction with employees.

Thematic 2 equips knowledge on ensuring security and safety in cyberspace, including internal information security, identifying fraudulent tricks and protecting social network accounts of organizations and individuals.

Thematic 3 guides the implementation of democracy at the grassroots level, skills in dialogue, negotiation and signing of collective labor agreements, contributing to improving negotiation capacity, improving welfare for workers and building harmonious labor relations at enterprises.

Topic 4 focuses on guiding the work of collecting and spending, managing trade union finances, preparing estimates and financial settlement reports. The content aims to standardize accounting nghiệp vụ, ensuring the use of Trade Union funds in accordance with regulations, publicly, transparently and effectively.
