Phu Tho launches grassroots trade union with 99 union members

On November 2nd, the Phu Tho Provincial Labor Federation informed that the Binh Phu Commune Trade Union organized a ceremony to announce the decision to establish and launch the grassroots trade union of DPC VN Mechanical Joint Stock Company.

Attending the launch were Ms. Duong Thi Kim Dung - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Binh Phu commune; Mr. Le Van Huan, Factory Director and 99 union members and workers working at the company.

DPC VN Mechanical Joint Stock Company has 100% domestic investment capital, headquartered in hamlet 10, Binh Phu commune, Phu Tho province.

The enterprise operates in the field of prefabricated steel and mechanical products.

The establishment of grassroots trade unions creates conditions for workers to participate in trade union organizations, and at the same time contributes to building harmonious and stable labor relations at enterprises.

This is also the basis for trade union organizations to perform the role of representing, caring for and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers according to regulations.
