Thanh Hoa trains propaganda professional skills for grassroots trade union officials
Thanh Hoa - Training class helps trade union officials improve propaganda skills, grasp workers' thoughts and apply digital technology.
On November 2nd, the Thanh Hoa Provincial Labor Federation said that the unit had just organized a professional training class on Propaganda and Training in 2026 for trade union officials in communes and wards and grassroots trade union officials with 500 or more union members and workers.
The training class aims to improve advisory capacity, propaganda skills, mobilization of union members and workers, and innovate trade union communication methods in the new situation.
At the program, Mr. Le Chung Van - Deputy Head of the Trade Union Affairs Committee - directly conveyed the contents on the position, role, and tasks of propaganda work in the activities of the Vietnam Trade Union; propaganda skills, political and ideological education; dissemination of the Party's guidelines, policies and laws of the State and resolutions and work programs of the Trade Union organization.
Trainees are guided on skills to grasp the ideological situation, thoughts, and aspirations of union members and workers; propaganda, mobilization, information orientation at the grassroots level and organization of legal dissemination and education activities.
The training content focuses on trade union communication nghiệp vụ, skills in building news and articles on Website, Thanh Hoa Trade Union Mobile App, Zalo, Facebook and digital platforms. Trainees are also guided on exploiting images, videos, infographics and digital tool applications in media product design.
In addition, trainees exchanged and discussed skills in handling information, resolving communication situations related to the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers; shared experiences and removed difficulties in the process of deploying propaganda and education work at grassroots trade unions.
Through the training class, the Thanh Hoa Provincial Labor Federation aims to improve the quality of propaganda and communication work at the grassroots level; promote the role of trade union officials in propaganda, mobilization, grasping thoughts and orienting information for union members and workers. Thereby, contributing to innovating the content and methods of trade union activities, strengthening the application of digital technology, meeting the requirements of tasks in the new situation.
