Training to improve professional skills for grassroots trade union officials in Tuyen Quang

On November 2nd, information from the Tuyen Quang Provincial Labor Federation, this unit organized training to improve trade union professional skills for grassroots trade unions in Yen Son commune.

With nearly 100 delegates from grassroots trade unions in the area participating, the training program has updated knowledge, equipped skills and improved practical capacity for grassroots trade union officials, especially part-time officials at small and medium-sized enterprises.

At the conference, delegates focused on exchanging and removing difficulties in handling labor disputes, advising on welfare regimes and coordination procedures with the board of directors, meeting the requirements of innovating content and methods of operation.

Tuyen Quang Provincial Labor Federation determined that this is a practical activity to help core staff firmly grasp regulations, perform professional standards accurately and be more proactive in advising at units.
