Thai Hoa Ward establishes grassroots Trade Union
Nghe An - The grassroots trade union of Bao Ngoc Company was established, creating conditions for employees to have representative organizations to protect their rights.
On November 1st, the Nghe An Provincial Labor Federation said that Thai Hoa Ward Trade Union had just organized the announcement of the decision to establish the grassroots Trade Union of Bao Ngoc Trading and Service Co., Ltd., and at the same time announced the decision to appoint the Executive Committee, Inspection Committee and grassroots Trade Union titles for the 2026–2030 term.
According to the decision, the Executive Committee of the grassroots Trade Union consists of 3 members. Mr. Duong Tien Viet was appointed to hold the position of Chairman of the grassroots Trade Union for the term 2026–2030, and the Inspection Committee of the grassroots Trade Union was also established with 3 members.
The establishment of the grassroots Trade Union at Bao Ngoc Trading and Service Co., Ltd. contributes to expanding the Trade Union organization in the enterprise, creating conditions for employees to have representative organizations to protect their legitimate and lawful rights and interests.
Through the Trade Union organization, workers have more channels to reflect their thoughts and aspirations; and at the same time promote dialogue between workers and employers, contributing to building harmonious and stable labor relations at enterprises.
