More than 150 workers in Phu Tho are excited about the law knowledge contest

On the afternoon of November 1st, the Provincial Labor Counseling and Support Center coordinated with the Tam Nong Commune Trade Union to organize a program to propagate and disseminate legal knowledge and cultural exchange for union members and workers.

The highlight of the program is the competition between 3 teams from Thai Son Investment and Development Joint Stock Company and Taiwan International Nutrition Joint Stock Company, Phu Tho Branch.

With the form of stage performance, the teams brought exciting performances, combining answering questions and handling situations arising in labor relations.

The exam content focuses on practical regulations of the Labor Code, Trade Union Law, Social Insurance Law, Employment Law, occupational safety and health and regimes and policies directly related to the rights of workers.

More than 150 workers and laborers present at the program enthusiastically cheered and responded to the competitions.

The exchanges and interactions between the team and the audience create an exciting atmosphere, helping legal regulations become closer and easier to accept.

Through visual and vivid propaganda, workers have more opportunities to consolidate knowledge, exchange and learn about issues related to work, wages, insurance and policies.

This is also a practical way to bring the law closer to workers, contributing to raising awareness of compliance with regulations at the workplace and promoting the role of accompanying and protecting the rights of union members of the trade union organization.
