Da Nang - 9 employees of Doi Moi Construction and Service Joint Stock Company were admitted to the Vietnam Trade Union.

On November 3rd, the Da Nang City Labor Federation announced that it had just held a conference to announce the decision to establish a grassroots trade union at this enterprise and launched the Executive Committee.

Previously, after being propagated by the City Labor Federation about the role, function and rights when participating in the Trade Union organization, 19 employees of the company voluntarily registered to join.

At the conference, the City Labor Federation announced the decision to admit 19 union members and the decision to establish the grassroots Trade Union of Doi Moi Construction Service Joint Stock Company. The Executive Committee of the grassroots Trade Union was also launched, showing determination to soon stabilize the organization and deploy activities.

In the coming time, the grassroots Trade Union will coordinate with the Company's Board of Directors to develop working regulations; promote the role of representing, caring for and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of workers.

In addition, the Trade Union organization will mobilize union members to actively participate in emulation movements, contributing to improving production and business efficiency and accompanying the development of enterprises.

The establishment of grassroots trade unions at Doi Moi Construction and Service Joint Stock Company contributes to expanding the network of trade union organizations in enterprises. Through this, workers have more representative organizations to reflect their thoughts and aspirations, to be cared for their lives and protect their legitimate rights. This is also the basis for promoting the building of harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations at enterprises.
