Vinh Phu Ward Trade Union comes to businesses to mobilize the establishment of grassroots trade unions
Nghe An - Ward Trade Unions work directly at units and businesses to mobilize the establishment of grassroots trade unions and grasp the situation of union members and workers.
On October 7th, the Nghe An Provincial Labor Federation said that Vinh Phu Ward Trade Union had just worked directly at a number of units and businesses in the area to grasp the situation of activities, life, employment and thoughts and aspirations of union members and workers.
In units without trade union organizations, ward trade unions focus on propaganda and mobilization of workers and employers to understand the role and functions of trade union organizations; and at the same time guide procedures to move towards establishing grassroots trade unions.
For grassroots trade unions that have been established, ward trade union officials directly grasp the production and business situation, jobs and lives of workers; learn about the difficulties, obstacles, thoughts, and aspirations of union members.
Strengthening direct work at the grassroots level helps the Ward Trade Union promptly grasp the situation, coordinate support, and remove arising issues related to union members and workers. Through this, the Trade Union continues to perform the role of representing, caring for, and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of workers, contributing to building harmonious and stable labor relations in the locality.
