Nghe An Trade Union fosters awareness, creates motivation to strive to join the Party for workers
Nghe An - 105 union members and workers participate in training classes on Party awareness, contributing to creating a source of Party member development in enterprises.
On September 27, the Labor Federation (LDF) of Nghe An province coordinated with the Party Committee of Provincial Party Agencies to organize the closing ceremony of a training class on Party awareness for union members and workers directly at enterprises.
Attending the ceremony were Mr. Kha Van Tam - Chairman of Nghe An Provincial Labor Federation; Mr. Ngo Dinh Vien - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Provincial Party Agencies; representatives of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Labor Federation and 105 trainees.
During the study period, trainees are equipped with basic knowledge about the history of the Communist Party of Vietnam, the Platform for building the country, the Party Charter, Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality, style and necessary contents in the process of striving to become party members.

Through the training class, union members and workers are raised in political awareness, determine their motivation to strive to join the Party, and link the training process with the reality of labor, production and trade union activities at enterprises.
Speaking at the closing ceremony, Mr. Ngo Dinh Vien acknowledged the serious learning spirit of the trainees, and emphasized the significance of fostering Party awareness for creating a source of Party member development in the workforce and labor force.
He requested the trainees to continue to cultivate and train political and moral qualities, improve professional qualifications, organizational discipline and sense of responsibility. Each trainee needs to show pioneering and exemplary work, striving to become outstanding masses to be considered, nurtured and admitted by the Party organization.
At the same time, Trade Union levels need to strengthen coordination with Party committees and Party organizations in detecting and fostering outstanding union members, especially at enterprises.

Sharing after the course, Mr. Nguyen Van Quynh - Chairman of the Trade Union of An Nam Matsuoka Garment Co., Ltd. - said that the training class helped him better understand the goals and ideals of the Party and the requirements for those striving to become party members.
The class helps me understand more about the goals and ideals of the Party, thereby more clearly defining my own striving motivation. After the course, we will continue to strive to train, complete the assigned tasks well, actively contribute to the collective and strive to be able to qualify to join the ranks of the Party" - Mr. Quynh shared.
At the end of the course, 16 students were ranked as excellent, and 74 students were ranked as good.
