Developing the Party among workers contributes to raising the level of businesses

Accordingly, the Party Cell of Jasan Thanh Hoa Knitting Co., Ltd. was established with 3 party members. Ms. Nguyen Thi Huong - a trade union official of the Company - was appointed by the Standing Committee of the Yen Dinh Commune Party Committee to hold the position of Secretary of the Party Cell.

The Party Cell of Trieu Son Shoe Co., Ltd. was established with 6 party members. Ms. Le Thi Le was appointed by the Standing Committee of the Trieu Son Commune Party Committee to hold the position of Secretary of the Party Cell.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Pham Nguyen Hong - Provincial Party Committee Member, Secretary of the Party Committee of Trieu Son commune and Mr. Le Minh Nghia - Provincial Party Committee Member, Secretary of the Party Committee of Yen Dinh commune - highly appreciated the establishment of Party organizations in businesses in the area; and acknowledged the efforts of the Provincial Labor Federation and the leaders of companies.

Mr. Pham Nguyen Hong emphasized that the establishment of the Company's Party Cell shows the concern and companionship of the Party Committee and local authorities for the development of the enterprise, as well as meeting the trust and aspirations of party members working at the Company.

Speaking at the ceremony, Ms. Cao Phuong - Director of the Company - expressed her gratitude to the Trade Union organization, Party committees and local authorities. She said that immediately after being exchanged and mobilized by Trade Union officials, she agreed with the policy of establishing a party cell and believed that party members would become the core contributors to promoting labor productivity.

The company is committed to creating favorable conditions for the Party cell to operate, and at the same time hopes that in the coming time there will be more workers striving to stand in the ranks of the Party.

Speaking at the announcement ceremony, Mr. Luong Trong Thanh - Member of the Standing Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, Provincial Party Committee Member, Chairman of Thanh Hoa Provincial Labor Federation - said that developing Party organizations in enterprises, especially non-state sector enterprises and foreign-invested enterprises, is difficult, but if implemented well, it will bring many practical meanings.

In theory, this continues to affirm the role of the Party as the vanguard of the working class, and at the same time affirms the role of the Trade Union organization in Party development work among workers - a requirement raised over many periods.

In particular, the establishment of Party cells in FDI enterprises, where many workers are concentrated, has important practical significance.

According to Mr. Luong Trong Thanh, first of all, the Party organization will contribute to arousing aspirations in the working class.

The Party Cell will be the nucleus to create an environment for union members and workers to train, arouse aspirations to rise up, expand thinking, cultivate bravery, perfect personality and grow up" - Mr. Thanh emphasized.

The Chairman of the Thanh Hoa Provincial Labor Federation said that workers have a need to be trained, contribute and grow up; the issue is that the Party and Trade Union organizations must create an environment for that aspiration to develop.

Mr. Luong Trong Thanh also affirmed that the establishment of a Party organization does not affect production and business activities. Conversely, if operating in the right role, the Party organization will contribute to supporting sustainable business development.

Because, to develop sustainably, businesses must build harmonious, stable, and progressive labor relations. In the context of increasing labor competition, businesses must retain employees, build a stable working environment, thereby creating a foundation for long-term production and business activities.

In addition, the Party's guidelines on innovation, digital transformation, green transformation, improving professional skills, and building industrial working styles for workers are all direct factors contributing to improving labor productivity and enterprise competitiveness.

The Chairman of the Provincial Labor Federation emphasized: "The important thing is that the Party organization must operate substantively, both caring for and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of union members and workers, and creating positive values for businesses.

Mr. Luong Trong Thanh believes that with the attention of the Party Committee, government, Fatherland Front, and the efforts of the Party organization, Trade Union and enterprise, Party cells in enterprises will continue to develop, contributing to arousing aspirations in workers, raising the level of enterprises and contributing to the overall development of the country.
