In just 2 years 2024-2025, Mr. Ninh has achieved some typical achievements in presiding over key information technology (IT) projects, contributing to completing revenue in the IT sector of VNPT Ha Tinh.
Mr. Ninh and his colleagues completed 100% of electronic medical records (BAĐT), including investing in and upgrading information technology infrastructure; deploying BAĐT software, training and fostering human resources, connecting and interlinking health information systems; integrating electronic health records on the VneID platform; consulting solutions and directly organizing the synchronous deployment of LAN and Wifi network infrastructure to serve digital transformation for 12 health facilities in Ha Tinh province.
Presiding over the implementation of the information security project, providing 6,000 SmartIR malware prevention software licenses for Ha Tinh Provincial Police; developing a plan to organize the implementation and deployment of service installation for agencies and organizations in the government sector throughout the province.
Presiding over the development of plans and organizing the deployment of the VNPT Meeting video conferencing system for 69 communes/wards after the merger; consulting and deploying electronic receipt software solutions; consulting solutions for using digital signatures for agencies, units and businesses in the area...
Mr. Ninh was awarded the "Excellent Employee" award in 2024-2025; in 2024, there was 1 initiative that achieved type III (proposing to increase VNPT His service rental prices at hospitals and clinics in Ha Tinh); in 2025, there was 1 initiative recognized as achieving type I (Elaborating plans and schemes to deploy SmartIR services to increase revenue from information security services throughout the province).
Ask yourself questions to study and find solutions
Mr. Ninh shared that after 15 years of working at VNPT Ha Tinh, the biggest motivation for him to have many initiatives in work comes from the desire for the work to become more and more effective and create practical value for customers, units and society.
During the working process, I always ask the question: "Is there any way to do this faster, better, more economically and bring more value?".
From the practical problems arising in my work, I find ways to research, experiment and gradually improve to turn those ideas into specific solutions..." - Mr. Ninh said.
Also according to Mr. Ninh, the field of IT and digital transformation changes very quickly, if you do not proactively learn, update knowledge and innovate ways of doing things, it is very easy to fall behind. It is the working environment that always has new requirements, new problems from customers and units that have created motivation for him to learn, to explore and to be creative every day.
After 15 years, what I see as most valuable is not only the initiatives or achievements, but the process of constantly learning, daring to experiment, daring to change and turning difficulties in work into opportunities for improvement" - Mr. Ninh affirmed.
Mr. Ninh shared that in the process of working as well as implementing initiatives and creativity, he was fortunate to receive a lot of attention and support from unit leaders, departments, colleagues and especially the Trade Union organization.
