Trade unions give gifts and support union members in difficult circumstances in Phuc Tho, Phuc Loc and Hat Mon

On the afternoon of October 8th, in Phuc Tho commune, a working delegation of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor led by Mr. Ngo Duy Hieu - Standing Vice President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor visited, encouraged and directly presented gifts to 80 trade union members and workers in difficult circumstances in 3 communes of Phuc Tho, Phuc Loc and Hat Mon.

Speaking at the program, Standing Vice President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor Ngo Duy Hieu shared his appreciation for the efforts of union members and workers in labor, production and life; and affirmed that the Trade Union organization always determines to care for and protect the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers, especially those in difficult circumstances, as one of the important tasks.

The Standing Vice President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor emphasized that the gifts presented today, although not of great material value, contain the feelings, concern and responsibility of the Trade Union organization towards union members and workers.

Mr. Ngo Duy Hieu also acknowledged and praised the concern and coordination of Party committees, authorities, the Fatherland Front and trade union organizations in localities in caring for the material and spiritual life of union members and workers.

At the same time, he hoped that the activities of caring for and supporting union members in difficult circumstances would continue to be maintained regularly and practically, so that each worker could feel the companionship of the Trade Union organization in difficult times.

At the program, 80 union members and workers in difficult circumstances were presented with meaningful gifts. Each gift is worth 1,000,000 VND and in-kind gifts.

Chairman of Phuc Tho Commune Trade Union Le Anh Chien respectfully thanked the Trade Union organization for its feelings and concern for union members and workers in difficult circumstances in the 3 communes.

Mr. Le Anh Chien emphasized that the gifts are practical sharing, a meaningful source of encouragement, spreading the tradition of "Huong Than Tuong Ai", "The healthy leaf protects the torn leaf", adding strength for workers to overcome difficulties and stabilize their lives.

Thereby contributing to consolidating the trust of union members and workers in the Trade Union organization, spreading the spirit of solidarity, compassion and together building an increasingly stable, progressive, and civilized working environment.
