Improving the effectiveness of trade union activities in digital transformation and information technology application

On October 10-11, the Trade Union of High-Tech Parks and Industrial Parks of Hanoi City organized a thematic training course "Innovating content and methods to improve the quality and efficiency of trade union activities in digital transformation; applying information technology to trade union activities" for grassroots trade union officials directly under it.

At the training class, speakers exchanged practical contents related to the requirements of digital transformation in the current period; the role of digital technology in innovating management methods, administration and organization of trade union activities; application of information technology in propaganda, data management, connecting union members and workers and improving the efficiency of work processing at grassroots trade unions.

With the training contents, grassroots trade union officials are updated with more knowledge, skills and methods of applying digital platforms and tools to trade union practice; gradually forming a scientific, faster, more convenient and effective working method, suitable for the requirements of renovating trade union activities in the new situation.

In addition to the speaker's presentation, the training class also spent time for grassroots trade union officials to exchange and discuss difficulties and obstacles in the process of implementing digital transformation at the grassroots level; share experiences and solutions for applying information technology suitable to the actual conditions at each enterprise.
