Dong Hieu Commune Trade Union trains professional skills for grassroots trade union officials
Nghe An - Dong Hieu Commune Trade Union organizes professional training, equipping knowledge and skills for grassroots trade union officials, especially at newly established units.
On October 5th, the Nghe An Provincial Labor Federation said that Dong Hieu Commune Trade Union had just organized a trade union professional training conference for 2026.
At the conference, grassroots trade union officials were trained and exchanged views on the application of artificial intelligence (AI), digital transformation in trade union activities; financial nghiệp vụ, trade union office; collective labor agreement negotiation and signing skills.
The training contents focus on nghiệp vụ (professional skills) associated with practical activities at the grassroots level, helping trade union officials update knowledge, improve skills in organizing and deploying trade union activities.
Through the conference, Dong Hieu Commune Trade Union aims to improve the quality of grassroots trade union officials, especially in newly established units; strengthen activities towards grassroots levels, contributing to caring for and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers.
