On October 5th, the Nghe An Provincial Labor Federation said that Vinh Phu Ward Trade Union has just coordinated with the Trade Unions of Truong Vinh, Thanh Vinh and Vinh Hung wards to organize a professional training conference on grassroots trade union financial work in 2026.
At the conference, trade union officials were updated on contents on financial management, trade union assets; guidance on revenue and expenditure work; preparation of estimates and finalization of the grassroots trade union budget.
Delegates also exchanged and answered difficulties and obstacles arising in the process of performing financial nghiệp vụ at the grassroots level, thereby agreeing on how to implement some contents according to regulations.
