National Assembly discusses the draft Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Social Insurance

Before discussing in the Group, the National Assembly listened to the Minister of Health, authorized by the Prime Minister, present a report on 3 draft Laws including:

Law on Donation, Harvesting, and Transplantation of Human Organs and Organs and Blood Donation and Extraction (amended); Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Children, the Law on People with Disabilities, the Law on Medical Examination and Treatment, the Law on Pharmacy, the Law on the Elderly and the Law on Health Insurance; Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Prevention and Control of Tobacco Harms.

After that, the Chairman of the National Assembly's Committee for Culture and Social Affairs presented an appraisal report on the above 3 draft Laws.

Also in the morning, the Minister of Home Affairs, authorized by the Prime Minister, presented a report on 4 projects: Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Occupational Safety and Health; Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Labor Code, Law on Archives, Law on Gender Equality, Law on Red Cross Activities and Law on Employment; Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Social Insurance; Law on Implementing Democracy at the Grassroots Level (amended).

The Chairman of the National Assembly's Committee for Culture and Society presented an appraisal report on 3 projects: Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Occupational Safety and Health; Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Labor Code, Law on Archives, Law on Gender Equality, Law on Red Cross Activities and Law on Employment; Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Social Insurance.

And the Chairman of the National Assembly's Committee for Petitions and Supervision presented the thẩm tra report on the draft Law on Implementation of Democracy at the Grassroots Level (amended).

The remaining time of the working day, the National Assembly discussed in Groups on: The draft Law on Donation, Extraction, Transplantation of Human Organs and Parts of the Body and Donation, Extraction of Corpses (amended).
