According to the Session program, in the morning, the 16th National Assembly discussed in the hall the draft Penal Code (amended) and the draft Resolution of the National Assembly on the implementation of the Penal Code (amended).
After that, the Minister of Public Security will speak to explain and clarify some issues raised by National Assembly deputies.
In the afternoon of the same day, the National Assembly spent time discussing in the hall the draft Law on Organization of Criminal Investigation Agencies (amended).
The issues raised by National Assembly deputies will also be explained and clarified by the Minister of Public Security.
In addition, delegates will discuss in the hall the draft Resolution of the National Assembly on piloting the mechanism for recovering and handling assets related to crimes not through conviction.
The Head of the Supreme People's Procuracy spoke to explain and clarify some issues raised by National Assembly deputies.
