National Assembly discusses the draft Law on Data Security
Today (October 26), continuing the 2nd Session, the National Assembly will discuss the draft Law on Data Security; the draft Law on Electronic Identification and Authentication.
According to the Session program, in the morning, the Minister of Public Security, authorized by the Prime Minister, presented a report on 5 projects including:
Law on Data Security; Law on Protection of Important Works Related to National Security; Law on Electronic Identification and Authentication; Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Management and Use of Weapons, Explosives and Supporting Tools, Law on Fire Prevention, Fighting and Rescue; Law on Handling of Administrative Violations (amended).
The Chairman of the National Assembly's Committee for National Defense, Security and Foreign Affairs presented an appraisal report on 4 projects: Law on Data Security; Law on Protection of Important Works Related to National Security; Law on Electronic Identification and Authentication; Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Management and Use of Weapons, Explosives and Supporting Tools, Law on Fire Prevention and Fighting and Rescue.
Chairman of the National Assembly's Law and Justice Committee presents the thẩm tra report on the draft Law on Handling of Administrative Violations (amended).
After that, the National Assembly discussed in the hall about the draft Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Measurement.
The Minister of Science and Technology spoke to explain and clarify some issues raised by National Assembly deputies.
In the remaining time of the morning, the National Assembly discussed in groups the draft Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Management and Use of Weapons, Explosives and Supporting Tools, the Law on Fire Prevention, Fighting and Rescue; the draft Law on Protection of Important Works Related to National Security.
In the afternoon, the National Assembly spent time discussing in groups 3 draft Laws including: Law on Data Security; draft Law on Electronic Identification and Authentication; draft Law on Handling of Administrative Violations (amended).
