Disseminating new points of the Law on Social Insurance and the Law on Employment
Ha Tinh - Provincial Social Insurance has just coordinated to organize the dissemination of new points of the Law on Social Insurance and the Law on Employment for businesses and workers.
On April 17, Ha Tinh Provincial Social Insurance (BHXH) informed that the unit had just coordinated with Ha Tinh Employment Service Center to organize propaganda and dissemination about the new points of the 2024 Social Insurance Law, the 2025 Employment Law and unemployment insurance policies for units and businesses in the area.
Attending the conference were representatives of leaders of the Department of Home Affairs, the Provincial Labor Federation, leaders of People's Committees of wards and more than 180 delegates of businesses, workers and related agencies in the province.
At the conference, delegates were updated on important changes to the 2024 Law on Social Insurance and the 2025 Law on Employment.
Timely dissemination of these new regulations aims to help employers grasp the roadmap and implementation methods, thereby ensuring legitimate rights for workers.
This is a forum for direct exchange, timely answering problems arising from practice, thereby supporting the rapid implementation of new regulations of the 2024 Law on Social Insurance and the 2025 Law on Employment, promoting effectiveness in Ha Tinh province.
