National Assembly discusses draft Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Electricity Law
Today, October 20th, the 16th National Assembly discussed in groups many important draft laws, including the draft Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Electricity Law.
According to the program of the 2nd Session, in the morning, the National Assembly continued to discuss in Groups on: Draft Criminal Procedure Code (amended) and draft National Assembly Resolution on the implementation of the Criminal Procedure Code (amended).
Project Resolution of the National Assembly on piloting the mechanism for recovering and handling assets related to crimes not through conviction; draft Law on International Agreements (amended).
In the afternoon of the same day, the National Assembly listened to the Minister of Industry and Trade, authorized by the Prime Minister, presenting a report on 02 projects: Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Commercial Law, Competition Law, Foreign Trade Management Law, Law on Protection of Consumer Rights; Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Electricity Law.
After that, the Chairman of the National Assembly's Economic and Finance Committee presented the thẩm tra report on the draft Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Commercial Law, Competition Law, Foreign Trade Management Law, and Law on Protection of Consumer Rights.
Chairman of the National Assembly's Committee for Science, Technology and Environment presented the thẩm tra report on the draft Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Electricity Law.
In the afternoon, the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism, authorized by the Prime Minister, presented a report on the draft Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Physical Education and Sports, the Law on Tourism, the Law on Library, the Law on Cinema, the Law on Cultural Heritage, the Law on Advertising, and the Law on Press.
Chairman of the National Assembly's Committee for Culture and Society presented the thẩm tra report on the draft Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Physical Education and Sports, the Law on Tourism, the Law on Library, the Law on Cinema, the Law on Cultural Heritage, the Law on Advertising, and the Law on Press.
After listening to the reports and verification, the National Assembly will return to the Group to discuss the above-mentioned draft laws.
