Ministry of Public Security receives and organizes activities of Van Ninh Vocational Secondary School

Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Prime Minister Le Tien Chau has just signed Decision No. 2081/QD-TTg dated November 2, 26 transferring Van Ninh Vocational Secondary School in its original state from Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee to the Ministry of Public Security for management.

The Deputy Prime Minister assigned the Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee to carry out the original handover of Van Ninh Vocational Secondary School to the Ministry of Public Security for management; to preside over and coordinate with the Ministries of: Public Security, Home Affairs, Finance, Education and Training to carry out the transfer of staff, civil servants, and employees, and hand over the finances, assets, and headquarters of Van Ninh Vocational Secondary School for management according to regulations.

The Ministry of Public Security receives Van Ninh Vocational Secondary School in its original state for management according to regulations.

At the same time, coordinate with the People's Committee of Khanh Hoa province, the Ministries of Home Affairs, Finance, Education and Training to implement the transfer of staff of civil servants and employees, hand over finances, assets, and headquarters of Van Ninh Vocational Secondary School for reception and management according to the provisions of law.

Direct Van Ninh Vocational Secondary School after receiving to arrange the organizational structure, personnel, and regulations on functions and tasks of affiliated and directly affiliated units in accordance with the law and the Ministry of Public Security.

The Ministry of Public Security organizes the operation of Van Ninh Vocational Secondary School after receiving it to ensure streamlining, effective and efficient operation, without interrupting the current training activities of the school.
