Hoi An and Da Nang Trade Unions inspect professional operations at 4 grassroots trade unions

The inspection content focused on the implementation of the Charter of the Vietnam Trade Union; the organization and operation of the grassroots Trade Union Executive Committee; the work of collecting, spending, managing finances and trade union assets. The delegation also inspected the storage of records and documents and the implementation of information and reporting regimes according to regulations.

Through inspection, the Hoi An Ward Trade Union recorded the results achieved at the units, and pointed out the shortcomings and limitations that need to be overcome.

Notably, the inspection team directly guides grassroots trade unions to complete dossiers and properly implement the process of managing trade union finances and assets. In which, the requirement that is emphasized is to ensure publicity, transparency and efficiency in using funds.

The inspection activity not only aims to rectify the compliance with the Charter of the Vietnam Trade Union and financial regulations, but also to support units in removing difficulties and enhancing the responsibility of the grassroots trade union executive committee.

Thereby, contributing to strengthening discipline and order in the Trade Union organization, building strong grassroots trade unions, and better performing the function of representing, caring for and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers.
