At the conference, delegates were informed about the implementation of social security policies in the ward. Over the past time, along with the implementation of regimes and policies of the State, the Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations of the ward have actively mobilized resources to care for people with meritorious services, poor households, households in difficult circumstances and vulnerable groups.

Specifically in the "For the Poor" Peak Month of 2026, as of October 31, the ward has mobilized support for the "For the Poor" Fund of 980 million VND, contributing to creating additional resources to support difficult circumstances in the area.

With a spirit of democracy, frankness and responsibility, the conference spent time listening to the opinions and recommendations of the People on issues directly related to people's lives and rights.

The content of the exchange focused on the implementation of preferential policies for people with meritorious services; difficulties and obstacles in procedures for requesting social allowances; policies to support poor households and households in difficult circumstances; care for the elderly, people with disabilities and ensuring health insurance benefits.

On this occasion, the Organizing Committee presented 20 gifts to people in difficult circumstances in the area, practically responding to the "For the Poor" Peak Month 2026. The gifts show concern and sharing for families still facing difficulties, and at the same time spread the spirit of solidarity and mutual affection in the community.

Speaking at the conference, Mr. Dang Van Hach - Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hai Phong City, emphasized the significance of social dialogue activities in promoting the people's right to mastery, strengthening the bond between the Fatherland Front, the government and the people.

Mr. Hach requested the Fatherland Front of Hai Duong ward to continue to proactively grasp the thoughts and aspirations of the people, closely coordinate with the government in solving problems arising from practice; pay attention to monitoring and supervising the results of resolving recommendations after dialogue, ensuring that legitimate opinions of the people are considered and responded to promptly.
