Establishment of the grassroots trade union of Phuong Ty Co., Ltd

On October 14, the Hue City Labor Federation (LĐLĐ) announced the decision to establish the grassroots Trade Union of Phuong Ty Co., Ltd., admitted 34 trade union members and recognized the Executive Committee of the grassroots Trade Union for the first term. Mr. Nguyen The Ha was recognized as Chairman of the grassroots Trade Union.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Ha Cong Hoa - Member of the Standing Committee of Hue City Labor Federation, Deputy Head of the Trade Union Affairs Committee - congratulated the newly established grassroots trade union. At the same time, he requested the Executive Committee to promote the role of representing, caring for, and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers. The Executive Committee needs to proactively coordinate with the Company's Board of Directors to build harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations, contributing to promoting sustainable business development.

Representing the company's leadership, Mr. Truong Van Minh Toan - Deputy Director of Phuong Ty Co., Ltd. affirmed that he will create favorable conditions for the Trade Union organization to operate effectively, contributing to improving the lives of workers and promoting the development of the enterprise.

On this occasion, Hue City Labor Federation presented 3 gifts, each worth 500,000 VND, to support union members and workers in difficult circumstances.

The establishment of the grassroots Trade Union of Phuong Ty Co., Ltd. contributes to strengthening the connection between employees and businesses, creating conditions for the Trade Union organization to well perform its role of representing, caring for and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and employees.
