Launching the grassroots trade union of Everland Van Don Company with 53 union members
Quang Ninh - The grassroots trade union of Everland Van Don Joint Stock Company signed the first collective labor agreement immediately after the launching ceremony.
Van Don Special Zone Trade Union has just coordinated with leaders of Everland Van Don Joint Stock Company to organize the launch ceremony of the enterprise's grassroots trade union and sign the first collective labor agreement.
At the ceremony, representatives of the Quang Ninh City Labor Federation announced the decisions recognizing the grassroots Trade Union of Everland Van Don Joint Stock Company and the Executive Committee of the grassroots Trade Union.
The grassroots trade union has 53 union members.
Immediately after the launching ceremony, representatives of grassroots trade unions and employers signed the first collective labor agreement.
Speaking at the ceremony, Ms. Hoang Thi Hong Phan, Vice Chairwoman of the Quang Ninh City Labor Federation, requested the Executive Committee of the grassroots trade union to soon develop regulations and operating programs suitable to the actual situation of the enterprise.
Grassroots trade unions need to proactively coordinate with company leaders to implement grassroots democracy regulations, organize dialogues, care for the material and spiritual lives, and protect the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers.
Ms. Phan also requested the trade union to propagate and mobilize union members and workers to respond to the peak emulation period "90 days and nights of acceleration and breakthrough", contributing to completing the socio-economic development targets and tasks in 2026 of Quang Ninh city and Van Don special zone.
