Thai Nguyen Provincial Labor Federation establishes 12 new grassroots trade unions in September

On the afternoon of October 5th, the Thai Nguyen Provincial Labor Federation (LĐLĐ) held a meeting to evaluate the results of work in September and deploy key tasks for October 2026.

Ms. Do Thi Hien - Member of the Executive Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, Chairwoman of the Thai Nguyen Provincial Labor Federation - attended and chaired the conference.

In September, trade union levels continued to promote the development of union members, establish grassroots trade unions; care for, represent, and protect the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers.

The whole province has newly established 12 grassroots trade unions, admitting 361 union members. Accumulated for 9 months, the whole province has established 120 grassroots trade unions, admitting 12,956 union members.

At the conference, delegates focused on evaluating the results of work, clarifying difficulties and obstacles, and proposing solutions to implement tasks in the coming time.

Concluding the conference, Ms. Do Thi Hien requested departments, professional departments and regional and field trade unions to focus on implementing the contents of the fourth quarter's work.

In which, focusing on developing union members, establishing grassroots trade unions; implementing emulation and commendation work; promoting propaganda and deploying professional tasks according to the work program.

Chairman of Thai Nguyen Provincial Labor Federation requested units to closely follow grassroots levels, proactively coordinate, ensure progress and quality of work, and be determined to complete targets and tasks for the fourth quarter and the whole year of 2026.
