Thai Nguyen Provincial Labor Federation strengthens coordination for workers' rights
Thai Nguyen - Thai Nguyen Provincial Labor Federation has just signed a working coordination program with the Department of Home Affairs, Department of Industry and Trade, Provincial Social Insurance and the Management Board of Industrial Parks of the province.
The program focuses on information exchange, policy propaganda, grasping the situation of labor, employment, labor relations and coordinating to solve arising problems. From there, contributing to improving the effectiveness of caring for and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of workers.
Speaking at the conference, Ms. Do Thi Hien - Chairwoman of the Thai Nguyen Provincial Labor Federation emphasized that the signing of a new coordination program is a starting point; the effectiveness of the program depends on the fact that the agreed contents are concretized by practical, regular and practical activities.
Strengthening the connection between trade unions, state management agencies, and businesses is a stepping stone to build stable and harmonious labor relations, contributing to promoting sustainable business development and protecting the legitimate rights of union members.
