Shoe company in Dong Nai takes 1,600 workers to Nha Trang beach tour

On October 3, the grassroots Trade Union of Chang Shin Vietnam Co., Ltd. said that it had continued to organize the 3rd phase, taking 1,600 workers on a 3-day 2-night trip to Nha Trang beach (Khanh Hoa province).

In which, the factory in Loc An - Binh Son Industrial Park in Long Thanh ward has 850 people and the factory in Thanh Phu Industrial Park in Tan Trieu ward has 750 people traveling during this period.

Previously, the grassroots Trade Union of Chang Shin Vietnam Co., Ltd. organized 2 trips to take more than 2,600 workers to Nha Trang.

In 2026, the grassroots Trade Union of Chang Shin Vietnam Co., Ltd. will organize a total of 9 trips, taking more than 13,000 union members and workers to travel in Nha Trang.

After that, the trade union will continue to organize trips in 2027 and 2028. It is expected that the trade union will complete the transportation of all 42,000 workers to Nha Trang for tourism within 3 years.

This is a welfare program implemented by the trade union for all company workers. The cost for a worker or employee on a sea trip to Nha Trang is about 2.2 million VND/person.

According to the schedule, the company's trade union will organize for employees to participate in activities such as: swimming, mini games, lucky draws, sea-crossing cable car experience...

Chang Shin Vietnam Co., Ltd. has more than 42,000 employees, of which more than 99.9% of employees are trade union members. The average income in 2025 of employees is nearly 12 million VND/month.
