More than 1,300 shoe company workers in Dong Nai travel to Nha Trang beach
Dong Nai - The grassroots trade union of Chang Shin Vietnam Co., Ltd. organized the 2nd phase, taking more than 1,300 workers to Nha Trang beach (Khanh Hoa province) for tourism.
On September 26, the grassroots Trade Union of Chang Shin Vietnam Co., Ltd. said that it had continued to organize phase 2, taking more than 1,300 workers on a 3-day 2-night trip to Nha Trang beach (Khanh Hoa province).
Previously, on September 18, the grassroots Trade Union of Chang Shin Vietnam Co., Ltd. organized the first phase of taking more than 1,300 workers to travel to Nha Trang.
In 2026, the grassroots Trade Union of Chang Shin Vietnam Co., Ltd. will organize a total of 9 trips, bringing more than 13,000 union members and workers to travel in Nha Trang.
After that, the trade union will continue to organize trips in 2027 and 2028. It is expected that the trade union will complete the transportation of all 42,000 workers to Nha Trang for a period of 3 years.
This is a welfare program implemented by the trade union for all company workers. The cost for a worker or employee on a sea trip to Nha Trang is about 2.2 million VND/person.
According to the schedule, the company's trade union will organize for employees to participate in activities such as: swimming, mini games, lucky draws, sea-crossing cable car experience...
Previously, in 2024, the grassroots Trade Union of Chang Shin Vietnam Co., Ltd. also organized for all company workers to travel to Da Lat (Lam Dong province).
Chang Shin Vietnam Co., Ltd. has more than 42,000 employees, of which more than 99.9% of employees are trade union members. The average income in 2025 of employees is nearly 12 million VND/month.
