Agribank Trade Union improves professional skills for grassroots trade union officials

Agribank Trade Union has just organized a trade union nghiệp vụ training conference in 2026 in a direct combined online form to grassroots trade unions throughout the system.

At the Conference, Comrade Nguyen Trung Dung emphasized: "The organization of the Conference first of all stems from the actual requirements of grassroots trade unions. Before developing the training content, Agribank Trade Union conducted a survey of needs at units to correctly select issues that trade union officials are interested in, still have problems and need guidance in the process of performing tasks".

Notably, besides the selected contents through surveys, many grassroots trade unions have sent questions and specific situations arising during operation. This shows that the grassroots' needs are not only limited to disseminating and updating regulations, but more importantly, knowing how to apply them to each specific situation: identifying the right nghiệp vụ, right authority, right order and complete dossiers.

From the survey results, the Conference program focuses on professional groups directly related to the regular activities of grassroots trade unions, including emulation and commendation work; management of Social Funds, Compassion Funds; organizational and personnel work; trade union finance; inspection and supervision; resolution and participation in resolving complaints and denunciations; participation in implementing democracy at the grassroots level. These are also areas with many regulations, many handling steps and potential problems.

One of the points emphasized at the Conference is that the training is not only aimed at providing knowledge but more importantly at helping trade union officials solve practical work at the unit. The Conference focused on systematizing core principles, clarifying key contents to be noted and issues that often arise in each professional group. Based on actual situations from grassroots trade unions, delegates exchanged and clarified handling methods, authority, procedures and related documents, thereby helping trade union officials improve professional skills and can apply them effectively immediately after training.

Through this, the Agribank Trade Union continues to implement a unified working method throughout the system such as handling work to ensure compliance with regulations, complying with procedures, complete records, and data being updated promptly, convenient for lookup, verification and handover when necessary.
