Notably, before the discussion session, National Assembly deputies attended the 80th anniversary of the Vietnamese National Assembly passing the first Constitution (November 6, 1946 - November 6, 2017).
After that, the National Assembly will discuss in the hall the draft Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Corporate Income Tax, the Law on Non-Agricultural Land Use Tax, and the Law on Personal Income Tax. At the same time, the National Assembly will also discuss the draft Law on Bidding (amended).
The Minister of Finance spoke to explain and clarify some issues raised by National Assembly deputies.
In the afternoon, the National Assembly discussed in the hall the draft Law on Marine and Island Resources and Environment (amended); the draft Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Environmental Protection.
