HHP GLOBAL Trade Union in Hai Phong launches new model to care for workers

The Trade Union of HHP GLOBAL Joint Stock Company currently has 180 union members, reaching 100% of the total number of employees. Over the past time, the Trade Union has coordinated with businesses to organize periodic dialogues, employee conferences; participate in supervising the implementation of regimes and policies and negotiate and sign collective labor agreements including 21 clauses that are more beneficial to employees.

In which, the collective labor agreement stipulates Tet bonuses of at least 1 month's salary, a basic salary level 5% higher than the minimum salary; along with allowances for travel, meals, boarding houses, Tet holiday welfare, visits and support for union members. Average income in the first 6 months of 2026 reached over 14 million VND/person/month, an increase of more than 10% compared to 2025. Workers are fully insured for social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance.

Not only caring for material life, the Trade Union also coordinates to organize training to improve skills, training on 5S, Kaizen, corporate culture; mobilizing union members to participate in cultural, artistic, and sports activities, contributing to building a united and positive working environment.

Through self-review according to the criteria of the "Socialist Grassroots Trade Union" model of the Hai Phong City Labor Federation, the Company's Trade Union achieved 91/100 points. In which, the group of caring for and protecting union members' rights achieved 33/35 points; improving cultural and spiritual life achieved 15/20 points; organizing emulation movements achieved 20/20 points; participating in building a strong Party, government and Trade Union organization achieved 23/25 points.

According to the plan for the period 2026 - 2030, the Company's Trade Union continues to improve the quality of dialogue and collective negotiation; strive to organize periodic dialogues at least 4 times/year, strengthen cultural, artistic, sports, legal propaganda and skills training activities for employees.

At the model launch, the City Labor Federation and the Company presented a total of 40 gifts to union members in difficult circumstances.

Previously, on the same morning, HHP GLOBAL Joint Stock Company presented 36 gifts to policy families in Tien Lang commune; mobilized union members and workers to participate in cleaning 3 roads with a total length of more than 3 km.

These activities contribute to bringing the spirit of the model closer to community life, promoting the role of the Trade Union organization not only in representing and caring for workers but also in social security activities in the locality.
