Hung Khanh Trung commune inaugurates 2 rural traffic bridges
Vinh Long - Hung Khanh Trung commune inaugurates 2 rural traffic bridges, with a total cost of 296 million VND, contributing to improving travel.
On November 5th, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hung Khanh Trung commune held an inauguration ceremony and put into use 2 rural traffic bridges Thien Ngo 63 and Thien Ngo 64. This is a practical project to celebrate the Great National Unity Festival (November 18th) and Vietnam Culture Day (November 24th) in 2026.
The two bridges are built of reinforced concrete, 3m wide. Among them, Thien Ngo 63 bridge in Tan Trung hamlet is 20m long, costing 170 million VND; Thien Ngo 64 bridge in Phu Long hamlet is 15m long, costing 126 million VND.
The entire cost of building the 2 bridges was sponsored by Ms. Kim Thi Hong Lien, Ms. Nguyen Nam Tran (both residing in Ho Chi Minh City) and Viet Vuong 3 Limited Company.
Putting the 2 bridges into use contributes to overcoming traffic difficulties, connecting residential areas with existing roads, creating convenience for people to travel, transport goods and develop production.
The project also demonstrates the effective coordination between local authorities, the Fatherland Front and philanthropists in mobilizing socialized resources, joining hands to complete rural transport infrastructure, contributing to promoting socio-economic development.
