Commending 40 workers exploiting latex 60 days in advance in Quang Tri

On November 5th, Viet Trung Quang Binh Joint Stock Company coordinated with the grassroots Trade Union of Viet Trung Quang Binh Joint Stock Company to organize a conference to commend 40 workers and employees who excellently completed the 2026 plan, reaching the finish line 60 days ahead of schedule.

Mr. Nguyen Son Phong - Chairman of the grassroots Trade Union of Viet Trung Quang Binh Joint Stock Company said that the emulation movement to complete the production plan ahead of schedule is maintained annually by the unit to encourage workers to improve productivity and output of rubber latex exploitation.

In the recent emulation period, 308 rubber latex mining workers made efforts to overcome weather difficulties, stick to the fields, and take advantage of shaving days to implement the assigned plan.

As a result, 40 workers completed and exceeded the contracted plan 60 days ahead of schedule, and were commended and rewarded by the Company's Trade Union.

Among these, 19 workers achieved an exploitation output of over 5.5 tons of dry latex; 17 workers exploited from 4 to under 5.5 tons and 4 workers exploited under 4 tons but still completed the assigned volume 60 days ahead of schedule.

Notably, many workers not only completed the plan ahead of schedule but also exceeded the contracted output.

According to Mr. Nguyen Son Phong, the above results show the spirit of responsibility, effort and experience of workers in the rubber latex exploitation process.

The commendation not only recognizes the achievements of individuals but also creates motivation to promote the emulation movement of labor production in units directly under the Company.

The Chairman of the grassroots Trade Union of Viet Trung Quang Binh Joint Stock Company requested the 40 workers commended to continue to promote achievements, maintain production, and contribute to improving latex exploitation output in the coming time.

At the same time, typical individuals need to share experiences and encourage colleagues to strive to complete the contract plan 30 days in advance, towards comprehensively implementing the 2026 output target.

Speaking at the conference, Mr. Phan Van Thanh - Chairman of the Board of Directors of Viet Trung Quang Binh Joint Stock Company acknowledged and praised the spirit of labor and the results achieved by 40 workers in the rubber latex exploitation emulation movement.

Mr. Thanh emphasized that the achievement of completing the plan 60 days ahead of schedule not only contributes to improving output and business efficiency but also demonstrates the spirit of responsibility and attachment of employees to the business. At the same time, he wished the workers to continue to promote experience, support colleagues, and contribute to completing the 2026 production plan.
